The campaign carried a powerful truth: being forever young should also mean being forever supported. The work launched at an emotional event that left the room visibly moved, before rolling out in the Financial Mail, The Star, and on Alta du Toit’s own Instagram page. Nothing opens our hearts (and wallets) faster than a child in need. But what happens when that innocence and joy never fades? At Alta du Toit – a home for adults with intellectual disabilities – it never does. An intellectual disability doesn’t just delay development; it freezes the mind in time. Their bodies age, but their spirit stays young. Forever young.
When Alta du Toit asked us to raise funds, we didn’t script or stage. We simply held up a mirror to Anneke, Charlotte, Emile, Danny and Elise – adults who call Alta du Toit home. We captured them mid-laughter, mid-moment, mid-magic. The result was five striking print ads, each celebrating unfiltered joy.
Within weeks, the campaign raised just under R1 million in donor pledges.
